How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Typically, shipping and handling take 1–2 business days, but may take up to 3–4 business days during busy times. Each decant is prepared by hand to ensure accuracy, cleanliness, and presentation before shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been shipped.
How are fragrances shipped?
Due to the alcohol content in fragrances, all products are shipped via ground-only methods in compliance with U.S. regulations.

• Free U.S. Ground Shipping: Orders $75 or more
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time. Layered Legacy Fragrance currently ships within the United States only due to carrier restrictions on alcohol-based products.
Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. Every decant is 100% authentic, sourced from genuine retail bottles purchased directly from authorized retailers or trusted distributors. We do not sell clones, dupes, or imitations.
What is a decant?
A decant is a hand-filled sample taken directly from a full retail bottle. It allows you to experience luxury fragrances before committing to a full-size purchase.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer 2ml and 5ml glass spray decants — each filled by hand, labeled, and packaged for a premium presentation.
How should I store my fragrances?
Keep your fragrances in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat to maintain their integrity and longevity.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email support@layeredlegacyfragrance.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll assist you immediately in resolving the issue.
