Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
At Layered Legacy Fragrance LLC, every order is hand-prepared with care. Because our products are alcohol-based, hand-decanted, and cannot be resold once opened, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
Return Window
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 2 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility
Returns are only accepted when:

The wrong product was sent.

The item arrived damaged during transit.
To qualify:

Items must remain unopened and unused.

Clear photos of the issue and original packaging must be provided within the 2-business-day window.

Opened, used, or altered decants cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by Layered Legacy Fragrance LLC (for example, an incorrect item was shipped or verified damage occurred in transit). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, don't hesitate to get in touch with your bank or card provider before reaching out to us.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will issue a refund or replacement as appropriate.
